Mushtaq Khorsand is an experienced youth mentor, job coach, and community leader with a strong background in social work, education, and cultural engagement. He has worked extensively with young people in various capacities, including as a Project Manager at “Arbete Rätt Fram”, where he recruited interns, coached job seekers, and provided career guidance both individually and in group settings. Additionally, as a Team Leader in the “Mobilt stöd team”, Mushtaq played a key role in preventing social unrest and guiding young people toward employment and meaningful activities. His ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds is enhanced by his multilingual skills in Swedish, English, and Persian/Dari.

Mushtaq also has experience in workshop facilitation, cultural projects, and creative leadership, including film and music education for youth.
