Daniel González, DO Alingsås; Freddie Eliasson, DO Gothenburg; and Janós Alexander Maderas, DO Lövgärdet improved their teamwork and addressed the challenges of working with different levels and ages; what repertoire to choose to accompany the musical and technical growth of their students; and how to connect them with each other, socially and emotionally, through music and storytelling.

Dream Orchestra community is growing and this school year at Betlehemskyrkan, our home in the city center, both a youth- and a children's orchestra will rehearse simultaneously, several times a week. Dream Orchestra teachers have become empowered as coordinators and leaders in charge of rehearsals, developing their skills within orchestral activities and communication.

Thanks to the support of Signatur Stiftelsen, we are working on achieving a multifaceted profile, which invites DO teachers to cultivate and deliver important personal, musical, pedagogical, didactic and management skills.
