How can you support Dream Orchestra?

Dream Orchestra is a non-profit organization that since its inception in 2016, has been supported by philanthropic foundations and donations (money, food and instruments) from friends of the orchestra. In these eight years, 405 children and young people and their families from more than 25 nationalities have benefited from our free activities. Dream Orchestra is growing every day. Every time we open the doors at our three locations (Gothenburg, Lövgärdet and Alingsås), more students with different needs join.

Support our work

Here are a number of options in which you can help us continue to be an orchestra for everyone where you can come and play today. You can help cover the cost of:

A one-hour sectional: SEK 700
A dress rehearsal: SEK 1500
A Fika for 30 children: SEK 500
An instrument rental per year: SEK 600
A monthly train ticket for students living far from Dream Orchestra headquarters: SEK 1200
A scholarship for mentors: SEK 3000

You can make these donations through different platforms:

If you live in Sweden you can make a donation through Bankgiro: 700-0219 (SEB) or Swish: 123348 28 25
If you live outside Sweden and would like to help, you can do so through the GoFundMe, which was opened after the maestro and founder of Dream Orchestra, Ron Davis Alvarez, was recognized as one of the CNN Heroes 2024.
You can become a monthly donor for any of the expenses specified above through the fundraiser we have at every.org.
You can donate a new or used instrument by writing to info@dreamorchestra.se We have received instruments that have been sent to us from the United States and the United Kingdom.
