The event will bring together people from science, society and culture, including some Nobel Prize winners, to explore the future of migration and how to address it. This is one of the conversations that are most pressing and important right now. And Dream Orchestra, “an orchestra for those who need it most,” according to the Nobel Prize organization, will raise its voice through its instruments and some of its transformative stories.
The entire Nobel Week Dialogue will be broadcast live through the page nobelprize.org. There you can see the musical participation of DO and also a conversation in which the artistic director and founder of Dream Orchestra, maestro Ron Davis Alvarez, will participate along with Andrea Spehar, associate professor of political science and director of the Center on Global Migration of the University from Gothenburg, Sweden.
This is the second time that maestro Ron Davis Alvarez participates in the musical ceremonies prior to the delivery of the Nobel Prize. The first was in December 2017, preparing the Orchestra of the Future directed by maestro Gustavo Dudamel in Stockholm.
For more information you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org or follow the orchestra through @dreamorchestra.se on Instagram and Facebook.
